Joey Green Managing Member is the co-founder and owner of Green Training Services and the founder and owner of RepBizz. She manages two successful businesses working from her corporate office in Las Vegas Nevada. She is also a partner in the US Safety Institute and Medic One Academy. Joey has worked with companies and people worldwide and has extensive experience working with Health and Safety Professionals.
Joey has over 20 years of business development including inbound and outbound media marketing, contract negotiations, managing people and business operations for multiple industries.
Joey has multiple manufacturer product lines that are sold through distribution companies all across the United States. She has a team of several independent sales professionals that promote and sell her products. She has a reputation of referring our clients to professional bankers, accountants, business attorneys, and wealth building professionals that can provide the services they need to grow their business.

Executive Vice President, Green Training Services
Ken Richardson is the founder and developer of the US Safety Institute Brand of Training and is the CEO and Executive Director of the US Safety Institute, and a partner with the Green Training Service. Ken has a diverse background in the Health, Safety. and Environmental Industry, with over 45 years of experience. He is a Master of Education specializing in Curriculum & Instruction for Multicultural Education. He is a Professional Development Education Instructor and Adjunct Faculty Member at several universities and trade schools. He is also the founder and CEO of the Medic One Academy.
Ken has developed and implemented Health, Safety, and Environmental programs for Federal, State, and Municipal Governments. Ken has implemented several programs for schools and businesses worldwide, designed to fit their specific culture and environmental needs. He has mastered a full range of skills and has a reputation for adhering to the highest of professional ethics. Ken travels nationwide giving safety and motivational workshops.
In 1987, Ken received the Certificate of Merit from the President of the United States, Ronald Reagan.
Meet ALAN BOLTON B.A. EHS, CHST, CIT, QSSP. IH, ICS,
President, COO, & Senior VP Sales & Marketing Green Training Services
Alan Bolton is the co-founder and developer of Green Training Services, and a partner with Medic One Academy and the US Safety Institute. Alan is a Health, Safety and Environmental professional who works in both field and management positions, utilizing his superior leadership and team building skills while providing an opportunity to create a high quality HSE experience. Alan possesses a BS in Occupational Health and Safety and ASP/CSP Certifications. He possesses a dynamic leadership style and ability to influence personnel in a variety of disciplines to work together toward a common goal.
Alan is a positive change agent and known well for maintaining technical know how and connections with the workers while improving communication to the corporate management team.
Alan has managed training development and coordination for a large oil and drilling companies, He also coordinated training needs for multiple contractors working in the Alaska oil and gas industry for ExxonMobil, BP and ConocoPhillips projects and mining operations. Alan enjoys the challenge of managing the training needs and requirements on projects to promote a safe work environment for all.
